3things I know that is true(Writing1)

This is the first essay I am writing is GLPS writing class. I will write about 3things that I know are true. First, I will write that playing baseball is fun. Second, I will write about my favorite baseball team, Lotte Giants. Third, I will write about why we should be healthy.

First, I like sports, but from those, I like baseball the most. I like baseball because can relieve stress by playing baseball. By hitting the ball, I could relieve the stress. Also,not by relieving the stress, I like baseball because it's fun. Baseball is fun because it couldn't extend time. Like soccer, we could shoot one goal and extend by not shooting anymore and just pass. Then it's not fun, but baseball, we must do all 9innings 54outs. I usually play baseball on Sunday with my father.

Second, I like Lotte Giants. Do you know Lotte Giants? It's a Korean baseball's professional team. From 8teams, I most like Lotte Giants. Lotte Giants is a team from Busan. I am not from Busan, but my father is from Busan. I got interested in baseball, so I liked Lotte Giants which my father likes also. From Lotte Giants, I like Kim Zhu Chan the most. He is the left fielder of Lotte Giants.

Third, I know that we should ne healthy. Everybody knows that it's important to be healthy. If we are healthy, we will not get sick, live longer, and viruses will not come into our body. If we are healthy, we don't need to go to the hospital so actually we can save money. If we want to be healthy, first we should get sunlight outside. Sunlight gives us vitamin D. Next, we should eat some vitamins. Did you heard vitamin protects cancer? If we have vitamin E a lot, we can protect our bodies from cancer. There is some foods that has vitamins. There arebrocoli, cabbage, cheese, and apple, etc. We should be healthy to live longer and get away from many diseases. Our body should be healthy to live. I think to be healthy is the good way to get rid of many bad things. Think about 2 students in same place. One student is healthy, and the other is not healthy. Of course the healthier student will live more than other student. Like this, being healthy is very important to every person.

This was my essay about three things I know that is true. It was about I like baseball, Lotte Giants, and it's important to be healthy. I hope you can learn something from this essay.
